Turnkey, step by step
- Scope and site readiness. We confirm use cases, data sources, and constraints. We review power, cooling, floor loading, network, and security. You receive a short readiness checklist.
- Design and sizing. We select the validated reference path and size GPUs, storage tiers, and fabric. You approve a clear BOM with options for air or DLC.
- Secure build. In our controlled facility we cable, label, and baseline firmware. We capture photos, cable maps, and torque specs. We record serials for chain of custody.
- Burn‑in and QA. We run a 48‑hour burn‑in with thermal and power telemetry. Any variance is remediated before ship. We package with tamper seals and transit sensors.
- Delivery and landing. We coordinate access. At site we position the rack, connect power and fabric, and perform DLC pressure and leak tests where applicable.
- Bring‑up and validation. We build the cluster, join storage, validate fabric throughput, and confirm health KPIs. Acceptance gates are documented.
