Jamie Benoit

Jamie Benoit is the President of FedData and its Chief Executive Officer. Jamie is responsible for day-to-day management of FedData, execution of its strategic plans and management of resources. Since assuming his role in 2010, Jamie has helped develop a world-class team which has seen a revenue growth at FedData of nearly fifty times.

Jamie’s career has spanned the military, civilian government, elected office and the private sector. Prior to assuming his role at FedData, Jamie practiced mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law at prominent national law firms. He advised mid-sized and large corporations on an array of transactions as well as representing them before the Securities Exchange Commission.

Jamie began his career serving with distinction in a number of assignments as an officer in the United States Army. In this capacity Jamie led soldiers in some of the most deployed units in the Army and was consistently rated one of its most competent officers.

He is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland, University of Baltimore and Georgetown University Law Center.

Lonny Anderson

Lonny Anderson is Executive Vice President of nobus, FedData’s counterintelligence subsidiary (www.nobus.com). Lonny is a proven leader with 36 years of DoD and IC experience.

He spent 21 years in the US Army and 15 at the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) serving primarily in operational capacities. Anderson served as the Deputy Director, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), National Security Agency, Technology Director, National Security Agency and the Director of the National Security Operations Center.

A recognized leader in the support of the National Intelligence mission, Mr. Anderson has expertise in counterterrorism and signal intelligence operations. Mr. Anderson dramatically changed the way the NSA/CSS collects, delivers, shares information in direct support of the national-level decision makers and the warfighter.

Dan Batelka

Daniel Batelka is Executive Vice President, Technology Services. Dan was previously the Vice President of Operations of FedData having joined the company in 2013.

Dan began his career serving in the United States Government. He previously served as Director of Operations, Army Information Technology Agency where he was responsible for performance of much of the US Army’s IT infrastructure. Dan was one of the youngest civilian professionals to attain the grade of GS-15.

Dan previously served as Director, Pentagon Data Center and Chief, Server Management Division and Chief of the Enterprise Services Division of the Army ITA as well as in various capacities for the Army G6.

Dan has a graduate degree in M.S. in Information Technology Management from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Mathematics from Washington College.

Deborah A. Bonanni

Deborah is an Executive Vice President and Counsel to FedData. She retired from public service in 2013 after a highly successful career in the Intelligence Community. From 2006-2013 Deborah served as Chief of Staff of the National Security Agency where she was responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of the corporate functions that enable and support the Agency’s signals intelligence, information assurance, and cyber security missions.

In that capacity, Deborah reported directly to the Director of the NSA and led all human resources services, education and training, physical and personnel security, installations and logistics, policy and records management, external relations, corporate communications, occupational health and wellness, and corporate registry and protocol services.

She chaired the corporate board and managed the processes that governed the identification, selection, compensation, and professional development of the NSA’s highest level executive leaders and technical experts.

Prior to serving as Chief of Staff at NSA, Deborah served in a variety of capacities including Commandant of the National Cryptologic School and Deputy Director of the Agency’s Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity.

Deborah graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Political Science and she earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University. She is a member of the Bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Frank Derwin

Frank is the Executive Vice President of Strategy. He is well-known and well regarded in the NSA community as a procurement and strategic expert.

His three-decade career at NSA was focused in the acquisition arena. As chief of NSA’s contracting organization from 1988 to 1996, Frank pioneered many of the business processes used at NSA as well as initiated a particularly successful contractor community outreach program.

After retiring, Frank served as vice president of Data Procurement Corporation (DPC) and led an explosive growth in the company’s participation in NSA service and system opportunities. In 1999, he negotiated the company’s sale to Northrop Grumman and became DPC’s president. As its president, he led DPC’s involvement in NSA outsourcing, capturing major facilities-related outsourcing contracts.

From 2008 until 2016, Frank led Intelligent Decisions (ID) to becoming one of NSA’s 10 largest contractors by revenue. Notably during his stewardship, the company won a series of competitive contract product vehicles as well as NSA’s counterintelligence contract.

Frank served as a captain in military intelligence in the United States Army and is a licensed attorney. He holds a bachelor of arts with honors in classics from Saint Peter’s University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dan Gilliam

Dan Gilliam is the Executive Vice President of FedData’s Technology Solutions Division. In this role, Dan is responsible for business development, strategic planning and contractual implementation of all activity in support of the Intelligence community. He is responsible for the largest division of FedData and brings a wealth of experience to helping the Government fulfill its mission-critical needs.

Dan is a seasoned business and acquisition professional with a decade of experience in industry supporting the Intelligence community, and over 30 years of experience with the National Security Agency.

At NSA, Dan spent decades serving the Country at the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES) level. Dan is a recognized acquisitions expert within the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and Department of Defense (DOD).

Previously, Dan was a member of the Intelligence Procurement Executive Committee, the DOD Senior Panel on Contracting Integrity, and the AFCEA Intelligence Committee. Dan maintains extensive knowledge of DOD and ODNI acquisition processes, the FAR and DFARS, and Federal, DOD and ODNI budget processes.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science the University of Maryland and a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University. He is a graduate of the Federal Executive and the NSA Senior Cryptologic Program.

Rick Hardy

Rick is the Executive Vice President for Business Development and New Markets. In this capacity he serves as the head of growth initiatives, new markets and is the Chief Development Officer of FedData.

Rick is a co-founder of FedData and is a member of the Board. He was previously President of FedData where he managed business development. Prior to his appointment as President, he served as Chief Operations Officer where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of operations.

Over the last 23 years, Rick has worked in many different technical, management, and business development positions within information technology supporting government and industry. Having done so while rising through the ranks in these varying roles, he possesses a unique perspective and insight that has been invaluable to the continuing success of FedData.

Rick received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business and Management, University of Maryland, College Park. Rick also serves on the Board of Directors of Synetic Theater.

Cory Tasker

Cory Tasker is the chief financial officer and Treasurer of FedData. Cory brings over 20 years of progressive financial management experience with a successful record of leadership, innovation and effectiveness for rapidly growing organizations both public and private. Cory has years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as negotiating complex credit facilities.

Cory was previously Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Technologies Group, Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller at TeleCommunication Systems Inc. (NASD: TSYS). In this capacity, Cory was part of the leadership team of a publicly-traded technology company which develops and delivers secure wireless communication services. In this position Cory led all budgeting, strategic planning and forecasting functions and communicated with senior operations leaders on project and operational financial results.

Cory previously served as Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer of DRS C3 & Aviation, Inc. and as Controller of Integral Systems, Inc. (NASD: ISYS). Cory holds a B.S. in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rich Meyer

Rich is the Senior Vice President and technology subject matter expert. Rich has over 50 years of experience serving the intelligence community as one of its distinguished mathematicians. He possesses unique knowledge of the intelligence community’s IT architecture.

Richard has spent his distinguished career running production, Information Technology and R&D organizations. Rich has an array of experience in supercomputing, security and secure hardware platform development.

He interacts regularly with the Government directly across the spectrum of Information Technology from operating systems, security products, application products, hardware platforms, storage platforms, networking devices, and high performance super computers and mathematics.

Gwen Moodispaw Pal

Gwen is the Executive Vice President of Administration and serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of FedData.

Gwen is the third generation of her family to support the mission of the National Intelligence Community. Gwen has more than 20 years of experience in corporate compliance oversight and federal Government business practices.

As a founding member of KEYW, Ms. Pal served as a key member of the KEYW’s IPO and M&A teams. KEYW grew from a team of 60 employees to a publicly traded corporation that now employs 1,200 people and provides federal, state, and commercial customers with services and products.

Gwen was Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for KEYW, where she was responsible for compliance with the government regulations and corporate policies, as well as reviewing best practices to ensure KEYW continued operating in the most responsive manner. She also served as the company’s liaison to DSS, DCAA, DCMA, and other internal and external auditors.

Gwen has worked at large and small, public and private, and non-profit organizations. She is a member of the National Contracts Management Association and is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager.

Will Reybold

Will is the Senior Vice President of Technology Services. Will spent 32 years with the NSA. A recognized acquisition and contracting expert, he served as NSA’s Deputy Senior Acquisition Executive for six years. The Acquisition Directorate managed all Agency procurements and major systems acquisitions, from off-the-shelf supplies to large, highly technical, and complex new systems.

Will was initial Program Executive Officer for Analysis and Production, Mission Management, and Net Centric Capabilities. He stood the organization up from scratch implementing processes, procedures, structures, and relationships which are still in use today.

Will graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Operations Management. He earned a Masters in Public Administration degree from The George Washington University.
